Market this week ( 4th Feb-8th feb )

Only one suggestion this week:-Be Cautious .

Market on friday have shown great come back,it shows a some postive sign,But on every rise you will see some selling pressure.

Also , this week reliance power IPO may list in market.But after a market fall we dont think that it will give you big premium.Listed price may be 40-60% up only.

But this is level , where market is fair valued.Market may show some rise in opening of this week, but be cautious in last two days of the week.

From short term prospective : Money has basically moved out of India with a view, take some profits and go to calmer shores. Money will definitely come back to India. We wouldn’t see these kinds of outflows continuing in February-March. Whether this would be a quick V-turn or would it be slightly a L-shaped curve and then goes up? It is honesty difficult to tell. But the burst of the exits are definitely behind us now. It will basically be smaller outflows, which we would see in February, but we should definitely start seeing inflows after March-April.
