Market On Thursday

There must have been a touch of apprehension for a lot of traders this morning after the big rally yesterday and the very smart gap-up today that at some point some profit booking would kick in, there would be some kind of a knee jerk reaction; nothing. No volatility, just a smooth upmove today and broadly at every point of the day the market was up more than a couple of 100-points finally closed almost 400-points up on the Sensex and more than 100-point rally on the Nifty once again.

We got a bit of help from the global markets this morning. The US was up, Asia opened up pretty much across the board with 1% plus rallies. So the global mood was in place and that’s all that we required. No great disruption to the move that we saw yesterday and the party just continued through. Volumes were good, breadth was okay to start off with just tapered off a bit towards the end and you could see that the dollars were coming today as well. So, no problems there at all.

Today is a very strong follow up because from the start of yesterday's trade if you just look at 10:30 am to when the market lost couple of 100-points from there to today's end we’ve added nearly 1,400 points on the Sensex, that takes some doing in today's flat. Momentum is still extremely strong going into the Infy numbers tomorrow.

Market On Thursday :

Infosys Result ...Decide rest of the market.But If i see last few years market alwyad down on Infosys Result day.

I think market may take a dip tommorow.IT Result will not expected one this time.
